Tai Chi Sword 32 Forms is a routine set up in 1957 for popularization throughout the whole country. It has 32 forms excluding the beginning and the ending and is divided into 4 sections, with each consisting of 8 movements. The movements of this routine are well selected and easy to learn. This form is very popular among Tai Chi Sword lovers.

Stand on one foot and pierce reversely
Clip 2: Stand on one foot and hack
Step forward and sweep
Step backward with sword
Move right with sword
Go down lightly and intercept
