Tai Chi Sword Competition 42 Forms

42 forms Tai Chi Sword is a competition routine which was created by the Wushu Research Institute of the former National Sports Committee in China. It has 42 movements including the beginning and the ending forms. Some movements such as point, ward-off, cut, block and chop are typically practical. This routine contains 5 stances, 3 kinds of balances and 3 ways of kicking and 3 ways of how to apply your power. The movements are well selected and arranged and set as the standard. They are a little difficult to practice and so are ideal for keeping fit.
