Yang Style Tai Chi Ball Exercise

Tai Chi Ball Exercise is an advanced skill of Tai Chi internal exercise. In the long history, masters of each generation liked this, and often practiced it. This exercise was kept secret. Li Zheng is the first man who made Tai Chi Ball known to the public. It can give some new insights to Tai Chi practitioners.
